Our Saturday morning sessions are the perfect introduction to football for children of all ages and abilities.
Whether your child is completely new or already loves the game, they’ll be welcomed into a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can learn, play, and build confidence every week.
Little Twinkles
(Age 4-6)
A fun and engaging football session designed for young children of all abilities, focused on developing basic motor and football skills in a playful environment. The session includes warm-up game's, ball control activities (like dribbling and stopping the ball), and fun mini-games to encourage teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment. Emphasis was placed on participation, following instructions, and celebrating effort over competition. All children were encouraged to try their best and have fun while being active.
Mini Stars
(Age 6-8)
This Mini Stars session focuses on fun, inclusive football activities tailored to children of all abilities. The session begins with a dynamic warm-up to get everyone moving, followed by skill-based drills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Small-sided games and team challenges helps develop confidence, teamwork, and basic game understanding. The emphasis is on enjoyment, skill development, and positive encouragement.
Super Novas
(Age 8 - 11)
The Supernovas session is designed to develop core football skills, game awareness, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. Each session includes:
Warm-Up: Dynamic activities to prepare the body and improve coordination.
Technical Drills: Focused practice on key skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
Tactical Games: Small-sided games or challenges to build decision-making, positioning, and teamwork.
Match Play: Friendly matches to apply skills in a game setting, encouraging communication and fair play.
Cool Down & Reflection: Light activity followed by a short team talk to highlight learning points and celebrate effort.
Sessions are inclusive and adaptable, helping every child improve while having fun.

Comfortable, appropriate sports kit is perfect. Sessions are held on astroturf, so we recommend astroturf shoes or trainers. Please note that football boots are not suitable for these sessions. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!

Bookings are made on a term-by-term basis and are essential to secure your child's place, as our sessions fill up quickly. If the session you'd like is full, you can join our waiting list and we'll be in touch as soon as a place becomes available.
